For example, the tile of a bathroom can crack or the water may leak from the tap handle. To get things fixed, you&#8217;ll either have to call the plumber or tiler or contact the building owner\/in charge and request him\/her to arrange the tiler\/plumber.  An alternative way of accepting maintenance requests is to create a maintenance request form with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.formsbook.com\/\">FormsBook<\/a> and share its link with each flat owner\/tenant. When maintenance is required for his\/her apartment, the tenant\/owner must simply fill and submit the form.
