As of now, FormsBook only asks the users to enter their email address during account registration. In addition to this, the webserver saves the website's IP Address, browser version/details, and the time of visit. That's it. We use the data for monitoring purpose. We also use Google Anayltics software. Google Analytics gives us deeper insight on the website visitors.
Yes, the information user shares with you by filling a form you create and submitting it is safe. The database is password protected. The data shared by the users by submitting the forms you’ve created can be accessed only by you.
When we launch a new feature, we may send an email to the users. This email will have information on the new feature we've launched. We'll add an option to opt-out of this email soon.
