A school may organize a function, especially for teachers. If you know how many teachers of each class will attend the function, you can arrange N number of chairs, beverages, material, etc. With FormsBook, you can build a teacher registration form and share its URL/link with each teacher in the school. The form lets users enter their email address, phone number, name. It has multiple choices to choose the class the person teaches. Our form lets users choose one of these options – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. At the end of the form, you’ll find a drop-down list to select – yes or no. If the person will attend the function, he/she must choose yes. When the teaching staff fills the form and clicks the submit button, FormsBook will immediately send an email to the function organizer.
